输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石179例临床分析

Treatment of ureteral calculi of 179 cases with Wolf ureteroscope and pneumatic Lithotriptor

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果及安全性。方法采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石179例。结果14 7例患者一次性结石粉碎成功(成功率82 .1% ) ,17例结石移入肾盂后行ESWL治疗成功;13例未能在直视下碎石、2例输尿管穿孔行开放手术取石。主要并发症为输尿管穿孔,发生率为1.12 %。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效确切,方法安全,与ESWL治疗相结合疗效更佳。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of Wolf ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotriptor in breaking the ureteral calculi.Methods:Between Aug 2000 to Dec 2003,179 patients with ureteral calculi were treated with the above-mentioned lithotriptor.Results:82.1%(147/179)of the stones were fragmented in one treatment session.The stones moved to pelvis were fragmented by ESWL in 17 cases.Complications which is mainly perforation of ureter were observed in 1.12%(2/179)cases.Conclusions:Treatment of ureteral calculi with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotriptor is effective and safe.The result would be better in combination with ESWL.
