益生菌对早期肠内营养并发腹泻的观察与护理

Observation and nursing on the effect of problotics in patients with diarrhea undergoing early enternal nutrition

目的:总结益生菌用于早期肠内营养并发腹泻的护理。方法:将68例实施早期肠内营养的病例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组常规肠内营养加益生菌干预;对照组常规肠内营养。结果:观察组3 2例病人并发腹泻6例,3 2例全部顺利完成肠内营养;对照组3 6例病人中并发腹泻15例,4例因腹泻未能完成肠内营养计划,3 2例顺利完成肠内营养,两组之间差异有意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:益生菌干预可减少肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生,提高早期肠内营养的成功率。

Objective To sum up the nursing care of Probl ot ics applied to patients with diarrhea under going early enternal nutrition compl icated with diarrhea. Methods: 68 cases of patients with early e nternal nutrition were randomized into two groups, the experimental group and th e control group. The experimental group were given enternal nutrition added with probloticsm the control group were given routine enternal nutrition. Re sults: 6 cases in the experimental group were complicated by diarrhea, 3 2 cases were fulfilled by enternal nutrition successfully. 15 cases in the contr ol group were complicated with diarrhea, 4 cases were not fulfilled enternal nut rition becausse of diarrhea, 32 cases were fulfilled successfully on schedule; t here was significantly different between the two groups (P<0 05). C onclusion: Problotics can prevent the diarrhea of patients undergoing th e early enternal nutrition and increase the successful rate of early enternal nu trition.
