摘要 胜坨油田因地质结构疏松,经过30多年的大排量强注、强采,水井停注或洗井时地层返吐出砂;再加上胜坨油田注水水质差,造成Y341型封隔器(因砂堵、腐蚀、结垢,)洗井活塞打不开洗井不通,严重影响了有效注水。为此开发研究了Y341—洗井解封型封隔器,该封隔器吸收了Y341型和K344型封隔器的优点,为了预防停注时不水窜,设计了自锁装置;为满足坐封压力低,密封压差大的现场需要,设计了四个坐封活塞;经现场试验,全部取得了成功。 Because of the loose geologic structure in Shengtuo Oilfield, forced injection in high flowing rate for 30 years, enhanced recovery, stopping injection of waterwell and formation sands retrying into the well while well-flushing. And because of the bad injection water quality (salinity: 12000-18300mg/l, suspended solid content: 150mg/l), the well flushing piston of the former Y341-type packer (it was easily sand jammed, eroded and scaled) was not able to be open, thus the injection well can not be flushed and efficient water injection is severely affected. So we developed a new type of Y341-type packer, which can undet and well flushing when the well is clean out. It has the advantages of both former Y341-type packer and K344-type packer. The self-locking mechanism is devised to prevent water leak while injection ceasing. And four setting pistons are designed to meet the site need of small setting pressure and big sealed pressure difference. After spot testing, 210 sets new type of packers have been successfully used in more than 100 waterflood injection wells .Now they have been main tools of layering water injection in Shengtuo oil field.
