120℃高温酸化缓蚀体系的研究与评价 被引量:2

摘要 将炔醇、助溶剂、表面活性剂及缓蚀增效剂按一定比例混合形成复合缓蚀体系,评价了它的缓蚀性能,结果表明:12 0℃、高压下2 %的复合缓蚀体系在2 0 %盐酸中可使N80钢片的腐蚀速率由2 0 0 1.3g/(m2 ·h)降至10 .5 3g/(m2 ·h) ;在15 %常规土酸中2 %的复合缓蚀体系可使N80钢片的腐蚀速率由1899.9g/(m2 ·h)降至8.0 8g/(m2 ·h) ,腐蚀速率均达到了一级标准,缓蚀效果良好。同时复合缓蚀体系在酸液中的溶解性良好,与N80钢片接触前后酸液无沉淀生成。 A compound corrosion inhibiting system was formed by mixing acetylenic alcohol, solvent, surfactant and enhancing corrosion inhibition agent in a certain proportion and its performance of corrosion inhibition as also evaluated. The result showed that at high pressure, 120℃, in 20% hydrochloric acid, 2% corrosion inhibiting system could make the corrosion rate of N80 steel decrease from 2001.3 to 10.53 g/(m 2·h)and in 15% conventional mud acid, 2% 2% corrosion inhibiting system could make the corrosion rate of N80 steel decrease from 1899.9 to 8.08 g/(m 2·h). The corrosion rates in the two kinds of acid all achieved the first standard and the effect of corrosion inhibition system were quite prefect. In addition the corrosion inhibiting system could dissolve in the acid well and after the reaction with the N08 steel, there is no deposition induced. The compatibleness of the mixtures with other acid additives was also well.
