A Novel Synthesis of 2-(2-Thienyl)ethylamine

噻吩和氯乙酰氯经付-克反应得到2-氯乙酰噻吩,氨解得到的2-氨基乙酰噻吩再用85%水合肼还原得到2-(2-噻吩)乙胺,总收率70%。

2-(2-Thienyl)ethylaminewassynthesizedfromchloroacetyl thiophenebycondensation and ammonolysis to give2-aminoacetylthiophene followed by reduction with 85% hydrazine hydrate with an overall yield of 70%.
