地诺孕素的~1HNMR及^(13)CNMR研究

研究并全面归属了地诺孕素的HNMR与13CNMR图谱。以CDCl3为溶剂,TMS为内标,进行NMR实验,利1用1H-1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC等2D-NMR技术进行解析。对?4,9-二烯-3-酮类新甾体药物的NMR谱解析有一定帮助。

HNMR and CNMRspectrums of dienogest were investigated and completely assigned by combina- 13 tion of 2D-NMR techniques such as H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC. CDCl3 and TMS were used as the solvent and the 1 internal standard, respectively. This would be helpful for assigning NMR of various new steroidal drugs which have ?4,9- diene-3-oneskeleton.
