牛黄解毒片中大黄五种成分的HPLC测定

Determination of Five Constituents of Rhubarb in Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定牛黄解毒片中大黄5种成分芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(720∶280∶1),检测波长为254nm。5种成分分别在0.09～3.6、1.2～48、0.6～24、0.7～28和0.36～14.4μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率分别为98.0%、100.9%、98.1%、98.6%和98.7%。

A HPLC method for the determination of five constituents of rhubarb: aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Niuhuang Jiedu tablets was esbablished. A C18column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(720∶280∶1), at the detection wavelength of 254nm.The calibration curves of five constituentswere linearin the rangesof 0.09 - 3.6, 1.2 -48, 0.6 - 24, 0.7 - 28 and 0.36 - 14.4μg/ml, respectively. The average recoverieswere 98.0%, 100.9%, 98.1%, 98.6% and 98.7%, respectively.
