Aiming at the features that the advances of science and technology impact on information security engineering,its influence on many aspects of information security engineering is expounded in this paper. In detail, this paper indicates that the generation of information security is companied with progresses of science and technology, analyzes that the progresses of science and technology increase the contents of each dimensionality of the system structure of information security engineering, and discusses that the progresses of science and technology boost the globalization, the intellectualization and the standardization of information security engineering.
