摘要
我国产业经济的发展离不开自己的核心技术,核心技术的开发必须要有大量的风险资本,因而,中国创造需要风险投资,健全的风险投资机制才是创投资金合理运作的保证。
In our country,the development of the industrial economy can never deviate from our key technology.The development of key technology needs large funds.As a result,“made in China”needs risk investment,and amplifying its mechanism is the guarantee of operating the investment reasonably.
