明清之际“诗史”观的新进展——吴伟业知人论世观内涵新探

New Progresses in the Outlook of the History of Poetry Between the Ming and the Qing Dynasty:Exploration into the Connotations of Wu Weiye's View of Appreciating the World in view of the author

吴伟业知人论世观与其以"心史"为"诗史"的文学思想相结合,既突破了传统知人论世批评的政治教化决定论与"文如其人"的思维模式,又突破了明代诗学脱离社会现实的弊端,具有明清之际知人论世批评重经世致用与时运的共同特征,并形成了自己独特的内涵,体现了明清之际"诗史"观的新进展。

That Wu Weiye's view to evaluate the world with the understanding of the author is combined with his thoughts of 'the history of the mind' as 'the history of poetry' has, on the one hand, broken through traditional determinism of the politically moralizing pattern to evaluate the world with the understanding of the author and the thinking mode of writing being representative of the author's personality, and has rectified the malpractices to deviate from social reality by literary criticism on the other. His, therefore, shares the common characteristics of the doctrine to evaluate the world with the understanding of the author between the Ming and the Qing Dynasty in that they both, bearing the nation's fortune in mind, focus on the administration of the state affairs, and has obtained its own specific connotations, thus exemplifying the new progresses of the history of poetry achieved during this period of time.
