氟保护漆脱敏治疗牙本质过敏的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Effciency of Dentin Hypersensitivity Using Flour Protector

目的 观察氟保护漆和75%氟化钠甘油对牙本质过敏症的治疗效果。方法 将 75 例牙本质过敏症患者的116颗患牙按就诊顺序随机分为两组,实验组 58 颗患牙用氟保护漆脱敏治疗,对照组58颗患牙用75%氟化钠甘油脱敏治疗。结果 实验组总有效率1月96.61%,3 月 86.44%;对照组总有效率1月64.40%,3月52.54%。有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论 氟保护漆是一种较理想的脱敏药物。

Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of two kinds of desensitizer (75% sodium fluoride glycerin and Flour protector) on dentin Hypersensitivity.Methods 75 patients with 116dentin hypersensitivity teeth were divided into two groups. 58 teeth of experimental group were treated by using Flour protector, and the other 58 teeth of comparison group by using 75% sodium fluoride glycerin. Results Total curative effect rates between experiment group (1m, 96.61%;3m 84.44%) and comparison group (1m 64.40%;3m 52.54%) were significant on statistics. Conclusions Flour protector is a kind of ideal desensitizer for the present.
