茵陈及射干抗病毒注射液中绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量测定 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立茵陈及射干抗病毒注射液中绿原酸和咖啡酸的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:使用KromasilODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),1%醋酸水-甲醇(80∶20)为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1mL/min,波长为326nm。结果:绿原酸在11.2~1120μg/mL,咖啡酸在4.5~450μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率在98.8%~100.1%之间。结论:该法准确、灵敏,可用于茵陈药材及射干抗病毒注射液中绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量测定。 Objective:To develop a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the quantitative determinations of chlorogenic acid(CGA)and caffeic acid(CFA)in Herba Artemisiae scopariae and Shegan Kangbingdu Injection.Methods:The separation was carried out on the Kromasil ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase composed of water (containing 1%acetate acid)and methanol(80 ∶20).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and UV detection wavelength was 326 nm.Results:There were good linear relations between the concentrations and the peak areas of CGA and CFA,and the linear ranges for CGA and CFA were 11.2~1 120 μg/mL and 4.5~450 μg/mL,respectively.The mean recoveries were within the range from 98.8%to 100.1%for both CGA and CFA with good precision. Conclusion:This method is accurate,sensitive,and robust,and can be used for the determination of CGA and CFA in Herba Artemisiae scopariae and Shegan Kangbingdu Injection.
