Considerations about Perfecting Co nsultation Mechanism of Educational Decision-making in China

健全的教育决策咨询机制是促进教育决策科学化和民主化的重要手段。目前,我国虽初步建立起了有中国特色的决策咨询体系,但还存在许多问题。因此,必须转变观念,提高决策者的咨询意识;增强咨询独立性,大力扶持民间咨询机构;明确咨询者的职责,建立责任追究制度;改进咨询方法,提高咨询服务质量;营造良好氛围,改善咨询环境条件;更新咨询者知识,优化咨询队伍的整体素质。

The perfect consultation mechanism of educational decision -making is t he important way of making the educational decision -making mo re scientific and democratic.Although the decision -making consultation sys-tem with the Chinese characteristic s has been established,it still has m any problems.Therefore,we must change our ideas and raise the decision makers' consultation consciousness;enhan ce the consultation independence an d vigor-ously support the consultation institutions run by the local people;mak e clear the consultants' responsibility and set up the duty system;improve the consu ltation method and the service quality;build a nice atmosphere and ame-liorate the consulting conditions;update the consultants' knowledge and optimize their quality.
