经尿道双极射频术治疗高危前列腺增生患者尿潴留 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道双极射频术在治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)尿潴留患者的效果.方法:对15例高危BPH尿潴留患者行耻骨上造瘘,膀胱尿道镜直视下双极射频穿刺前列腺.结果:术后全部患者冲洗10～12 d,平均8.2 d出院,均恢复自主排尿,平均15.6 d拔除耻骨上造屡.13例随访平均7.3个月,尿潴留症状明显改善.1例伴有风心病患者术后5天急性下肢动脉栓塞,行动脉取栓术好转;另1例入院前有血尿、血块填塞,术后11 d再次膀胱出血,行部分TURP电凝止血.结论:前列腺双极射频治疗在直视下操作,可控性和安全性好,容易掌握,是治疗高危BPH尿潴留患者的一种有效手段.
