摘要
目的建立双唑沙星栓中乳酸环丙沙星和甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法采用UV法测定,辅料无干扰。结果乳酸环丙沙星的线性范围:1-9μg(r=0.9999);甲硝唑的线性范围:1-5μg(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为:乳酸环丙沙星(100.8±0.51)%(n=5),甲硝唑(99.8±0.91)%(n=5)。结论紫外分光光度法可用于测定双唑星栓中乳酸环丙沙星和甲硝唑的含量。
Objective To establish the method of determining the contents of Ciprofloxacin, Lactate and Metronidazole in Shuangzuoshaxing Suppositories. Methods The contents were determined by using UV-Spectrophotometry method. Results The linear range of Ciprofloxacin Lactate was 1 - 9μg (r = 0.999 9) and 1 - 5 μg of Metronidazole (r = 0.999 7);The average recoveries of Ciprofloxacin Lactate was(100.8 ±0.51) % (n =5) and (99.8±0.91)% (?= 5) for Metronidazole respectively. Conclusion the contents of Ciprofloxacin, Lactate and Metronidazole in Shuangzuoshaxing Suppositories were measured by using UV-Spectrometry.
