胰管结石的临床特点及外科处理

Clinical characters and surgery treatment of pancreatolithiasis

目的探讨胰管结石的临床特点及外科处理.方法回顾性分析我院1993年8月～2003年8月收治的胰管结石14例的诊治体会.结果术后行病理检查3例,其中,慢性胰腺炎2例,胰腺低分化腺癌1例.13例良性病人术后恢复顺利,其中,上腹疼痛完全缓解者11例,血糖控制者1例.结论 B型超声为首选检查手段,首选术式为胰管切开取石、胰管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合.

Objective To study the clinical characters and surgery treatment of pancreastolithiasis.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 14 cases of pancreatolithiasis were studied retrospectively from August 1993 to August 2003.Results The major symptom was abdominal pain.B-mode ultrosonography had special clinical significance for diagnosis of the disease.Of these 14 cases,12 were subjected to pancreasticolithotomy and pancreaticojejunostomy,1 to sphincteroplasty and pancreasticolithotomy and one to pancreastoduodenectomy.Conclusion This disease should be taken seriously in clinical practice.The primary examination method is B-model ultrosonography and the primary operation way is pancreastolithotomy plus side to side Roux-en Y pancreaticojejunostomy.
