TGF-β_1及其Ⅱ型受体在原发性肝癌中表达的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨原发性肝癌中转化生长因子β1 (TGF β1 )与其Ⅱ型受体的表达及其价值。方法 采用免疫组化技术对50例原发性肝癌、50例癌旁组织、20 例正常肝组织TGF β1 及其Ⅱ型受体表达进行检测,结合临床资料进行分析。结果 TGF β1 在癌旁组织的表达要高于癌组织,TGF β1RⅡ在肝癌组织的表达明显低于正常组织;TGF β1 在有转移的肝癌组织中的表达明显增高(P<0.01),而TGF β1RⅡ的表达在分化高、肿瘤小、转移少、复发间隔时间长的肝癌组织均较高(P<0.05)。结论 TGF β1 在原发性肝癌中表达异常增高,其高表达有利于肿瘤细胞的浸润转移;TGF β1RⅡ在肝癌组织表达降低,导致肝癌细胞负性调控障碍,这可能是肝细胞癌变的重要因素之一;TGF β1RⅡ的表达与肝癌的恶性进展成负相关,有潜在的治疗肝癌意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β1RⅡ in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β1RⅡ was detect by immunohistochemical assay in 50 cases of carcinoma tissues,50 cases of paracancerous tissues and 20 cases of normal liver tissues.Results The expression of TGF-β1 in paracancerous tissues was higher than in cancer tissue.The expression of TGF-β1RⅡ in cancer tissues was lower than in normal tissues.The expression of TGF-β1 in cancer tissues with metastasis was significantly increased(P< 0.01 ).The expression of TGF-β1RⅡ was significantly higher in the groups of high differentiation and small cancer with no metastasis and longer recurrent interphase(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal high expression of TGF-β1 in HCC can be an active factor in metastasis of tumor cells.The decreased expression of TGF-β1RⅡ in cancer tissues leads to the defect of negative growth regulation,which may be one of the most important reasons for carcinomatous change of hepatocytes.The expression of TGF-β1RⅡ has a negative relationship with the malignant processes of HCC,therefore TGF-β1RⅡ has potential significance of therapy in HCC.
