Variational quasi-static analysis of the upper beam for frame press machine

以焊接组合框架式液压机上梁为研究对象,通过分析液压机上梁结构的特点,并针对液压机设计的目标和机械特性的要求,利用变量化准静态的方法,获得具体产品静、动态性能的变化及关键参数取值规律。研究成果对同类机械设备的设计与制造具有普遍的指导意义。

The paper focuses on the structural analysis of modular press machine. For the sake of getting the best topology structure with the same quality,quasic-static analysis method is presented. Taking a welding (assembled) press machine as an example, this paper proves the validity of the quasi-static method. It shows that the structural analysis of press machine can be well done with this method.
