基于遗传算法的飞剪剪切机构多目标模糊优化

摘要 根据飞剪剪切机构的工作特点,综合考虑连杆运动轨迹、速度和位置角,建立多目标优化模型。在各目标的取值空间内,利用模糊理论构建线性型隶属函数,根据各模糊目标的隶属函数建立综合评价函数。在数值方法上应用求解精度高的遗传算法。具体算例的优化结果与相关文献比较,在各项技术指标上都得到改善。 Based on the working feature of flying shear mechanisms and considering the motion track, velocity and position angle of connecting rod, a multi-objective optimization model is built. Linear membership function and synthetic evaluative function are constructed on fuzzy theory. Further more genetic algorithm is applied to improve the precision of solution. The example demonstrates that the proposed model and the genetic algorithm result in better optimizations in comparison with the existing design results.
