摘要
以邻氨基苯甲醚、间氨基苯磺酸和甲醛为起始原料,经ω磺化、重氮偶合反应,最后通过水解、盐析得染料中间体4 -氨基-3- 甲氧基苯基偶氮苯-3’- 磺酸钠。并考察了工艺参数对反应的影响,产品总收率达80%。
By using o -aminoanisole, m -aminobenzenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde as raw materials, 4-amino-3-methoxyphenylazobenzene-3’-sulfonic acid sodium is prepared through following reactions i.e. ω sulfonation, diazo coupling, hydrolysis and salting out. And the process parameters influencing on reaction are investigated, the yield of final product is up to 80%.
