摘要
应用水溶液法合成聚丙烯酰胺,并用傅立叶红外光谱仪对聚合物的结构进行了表征。通过正交实验确定了最佳反应条件:单体浓度为24%,pH值为4 00,引发剂与单体的质量比为0 03%,氧化剂与还原剂的质量比为3 /2,反应温度35℃。同时,讨论了单体浓度及体系的pH对聚丙烯酰胺分子量大小的影响。
Polyacrylamide (PAM) was synthesized by aqueous polymerization method,and the structure of PAM was characterized by FTIR. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: monomer concentration is 24%, the value of pH is 4.00, mass ratio of initiator to monomer is 0.03%, mass ratio between oxidant and reducing agent is 3/2, and reaction temperature is 35℃. Meanwhile, effects of monomer concentration and pH value on molecular weight of PAM were discussed.
