如意金黄散熏洗治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果观察

目的 观察如意金黄散熏洗治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法 将 97例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为实验组 (金黄散熏洗 ) 4 8例和对照组 (氟嗪酸口服 +热水坐浴 ) 4 9例进行观察 ,疗程 3个月 ,治疗前后分别进行前列腺液常规检查、前列腺炎症状指数评分并比较。结果 实验组总有效率 81.2 5 % ,对照组总有效率 6 3.2 7% ,x2 =3.90 ,P <0 .0 5 ;实验组和对照组治疗前后各行前列腺炎症状指数 (NIH -CPSI)评分比较 ,t分别为 2 2 .2 0 5和 11.319,P <0 .0 1;两组治疗后CPSI评分比较t=9.95 7,P <0 .0 1;两组治疗前后前列腺按摩液中白细胞改善率和卵磷脂小体恢复率比较 ,x2 分别为 4 .6 89和 5 .2 6 7,P <0 .0 5 ,具有显著的统计学意义。结论 如意金黄散熏洗会阴部能有效治疗慢性前列腺炎。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ruyi jinhuang san suffocating therapy to chronic prostatits.Method 97 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups with the observation group including 48 cases (jinhuansan edification)and the control group including 49 cases (Ofloxacin+hip bath with hot water).The therapies last for 3 months.The routine check of prostate fluid and the symptom index grade of prostatitis were conducted and compared both before and after therapy.Result The total effective rate in the observation group is 81.25% while the control group 63.27%,x 2=3.90,p<0.05;Comparing the two groups' symptom index grade of prostatits both before and after treatment,the results of t-test are respectively 22.205 and 11.319,p<0.01;Comparing the two groups' CPSI scores after therapy,t=9.957,p<0.01;Comparing the two groups' WBC inproved rates in massaged prostate fluid and the recover rates of lecithin body,the results of x 2 are respectively 4.689 and 5.267 (p<0.05),have significant statistical meanings.Conclusion suffocafing and washing perineum with Ruyi Jinhuang San can effectivel treat chronic prostatits.
