晶须硅在PA6改性中的应用研究

Research on the Modifying Application of SiO_2-JX in PA6

利用晶须硅纤维状的特性,对其填充于尼龙进行了研究。结果表明,晶须硅取代短玻纤使用,可提高热变型温度、消除玻纤外露、降低收缩率及生产成本等。

Based on the SiO2-JX characteristics, the research on the modifying application of SiO2-JX as a filler in PA6 are carried out and drawn the conclusions that SiO2-JX can improve the rheology, heat resistance of PA6 and meliorate the appearance of goods as well as reduce products shrinkage.
