摘要
本研究运用A.F.Froyer提出的原理,对我国玉米杂交种进行遗传多样性分析,目的是建立和测验测定玉米遗传多样性的方法,并通过比较推广杂交种的遗传多样性评价我国玉米遗传脆弱性.结果表明,7个参试杂交种间遗传多样性平均值为0.811,变化范围在0.408~1.372.综合分析认为,我国目前玉米遗传多样性弱,具有很大的遗传脆弱性.
The genetic diversity of maize hybrids in China was analysed by using the principle advanced by A. F. Froyer. The purpose of this study was to institute and test a method of measuring genetic diversity of maize and to assess genetic vulnerability of maize in China by comparing genetic diversity of popular maize hybrids. The result showed:genetic diversity of seven tested hybrids averaged 0. 811 and ranged from 0. 408 to 1. 372. Comprehensive analysis considered that the genetic diversity of present maize in China is less,and genetic vulnerability is more.
