卵巢移植的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 卵巢是女性重要的生殖内分泌器官,除激素替代疗法,卵巢移植技术为失去卵巢功能的患者提供了新的恢复生殖功能和内分泌功能的方法。卵巢移植研究可分为3个部分:卵巢异种移植,卵巢异体移植和卵巢自体移植。目前自体卵巢移植技术已较为成熟,但应用有限;异体卵巢移植适应性较广,却面临很多问题。总结卵巢移植临床应用受限的主要原因,展望其发展前景,提出卵巢移植成功的关键因素。
