外阴癌病因的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 外阴癌发病少见,其病因不清。目前认为人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染是外阴癌发生的主要原因,但HPV阴性外阴癌主要与外阴硬化苔癣及p53突变有关,而人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)Ⅱ是外阴癌发生的风险因素。
