摘要
在军事转型的过程中,美军充分依靠测控技术来提升部队的作战能力,并给予测控技术未来的发展提出了新的需求。笔者从未来美军联合构想、美军转型的基本目标、DARPA提出的作战能力的新目标、美军近年开展的有关测控技术的ACTD项目、美军采取的举措对于人们的启示等方面加以研讨。
In the process of military transforming, US Force depends fully on measurement & control technol- ogy to advance force’s campaign capability, and presents new requirement to future development of the measure- ment & control technology. The research and discuss from future US Force joint vision, basic object of military transforming, DARPA presented new object of campaign capability, US Force recently developed ACTD item of measurement & control technology, US Force taken measures to people’s revelation etc., are made.
