无缝钢管中频电磁感应加热炉的控制系统设计

摘要 针对用于钻杆生产热处理的电磁感应加热炉,改造了原来的通断控制,考虑到生产过程中严格限制温度的超调量,采用限定范围的PI控制方法实现温度控制,将控温精度从原来的±30℃提高到±1℃,同时限制了温度的超调,提高了加热效率。 The control of magnetic-influence heating stove in revolving steel-pipe welding line’s heat treatment is discussed. The bang-bang control system is updated. Considering the strict up-limit confine of the heating tem- perature, the restricted PI control algorithm is adopted to control the temperature of the magnetic-influence heating stove in revolving steel-pipe welding line’s heat treatment. As a result, the temperature precision is raised from ±30 ℃ to±1℃, the up-limit is confined to the setting value, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
