《马氏文通》中“犹、若、如”的语法归宿问题

The Grammatical Classification Problem of“You,Ruo,Ru”in “Ma Shi Wen Tong”

《马氏文通》把“犹、若、如”归为同动字、状字、断词等不同的字类。所有语法学者都批评《文通》的“状字”论, 认为“犹、若、如”是动词。实际上按《马氏文通》的语法体系, “犹、若、如”应归为状字,归为同动字可以说是《文通》的失误。

In “Ma Shi Wen Tong”,“You,Ruo,Ru”were classified as different parts of speech such of Tongdongzi, Zhuangzi and Duanci. All grammarians are completely opposite to this view of“Wen Tong”, and they hold the view that “You,Ruo,Ru”are verbs. But in fact,“You,Ruo,Ru”should be classfied as “Zhuangzi”on the basis of grammar system in“Wen Tong”. The view of “Tongdongzi”was a mistake in “Ma shi Wen Tong”
