管理伦理作为一种全新的管理理念, 已经越来越受到理论界和实业界的重视。现代科技革命浪潮下产生的高科技企业, 代表着人类社会最先进的生产力水平, 是一个国家或地区经济发展的主要支柱并决定其竞争优势。认识管理伦理与高科技企业发展的重大关系, 加强高科技企业的管理伦理建设, 不仅具有理论价值, 而且具有实践意义。
As a new management thought and pattern,Management Ethics has already been more and more appreciated by the theorists and businessmen.The High-tech Enterprise produced under the tide of modern revolution in science and technology, represents the most advanced productivity level of human society. It is the main pillar and determines the competitive advantage of a country or regional economy development. They have not only theoretical value but also practical meaning in recognition of the relation between Management Ethics and the development of High-tech Enterprise and in strengthening the Management Ethics construction of High-tech Enterprise.
