中药全蝎抗肿瘤作用初探 Ⅱ 对癌细胞作用观察和有效成分提取

A PRELIMINARY RESEARCH OF THE ANTINEOPLASTIC EFFECTS INDUCED BY BUTHUS MARTENSII OF CHINESE DRUG Ⅱ. observation of the effect on cancer cells and the extraction of its effective composition

用全蝎提取物水溶液,对体外传代培养的人体肝癌细胞(BEL—7402细胞)和人体子宫颈癌细胞(HeLa细胞)作观察。结果:全蝎提取物的水溶液在相当生药10mg/ml时,用药48～72小时内使上述细胞全部脱壁死亡。进而在Hela细胞上证明,相当生药0.1mg/ml时也同样作用;並以此为有效标志,查明530号粗提物为全蝎直接抑杀癌细胞的有效部位。

The effect of water solution of Buthus Martensii (BM)on cultivated human cancer cells of the liver (BEL-7402 cells) and of the cervix (HeLa cells) was observed. All the cells died in 48-72 hours when BM extract solution was used in a concentration of 10mg/ml corresponding with crude drug. And the same effect on HeLa cells was found when the concentration was reduced to 0.1mg/ml.Taking this as the valid sign, we demonstrated that the cancer cells were strangled directly by the effective part of BM in No.530 roughly extracted mateial.
