摘要
对地衣芽抱杆菌(Bacitluslihenformis)以不同强度的旋转磁场处理,结果酶活性和菌落形态等均有所变化。酶活普遍提高,菌落变小,呈放射状.尤其0.2T处理3h者引起变异最显著,其胞外碱性蛋白酶的酶活提高率最大者达17%,文中对磁场作用的有关问题提出了初步分析和讨论。
BacWus lichenlormis was used as material of expedment and authors stu-died it's variations of morphology of colony,exoenzyme(base proteinase)andencoenzyme(dehydrogenase)activity under different magnetic field intensity ofrotomagnetic field.The variation by 0.2 T and 3 hrs.was the most clear.In these varia-tions,enzyme activity increased about 8%~17%, colony amount reduced and the colo-nies of radiate form in morphology grown in number.For these variations,authors havegiven some hypothesis and did more discussion try to explain it.
