刚刚过去的2004年受国家宏观调控政策的影响,中国的工程机械市场在经历了近三年的快速增长后,遭遇了"寒流"袭击,全行业出现大幅下滑甚至负增长.就在业内人士忧心忡忡的时候,不久前,从铁道部和交通部相继传来利好消息:到2030年,分别将各有至少2万亿元人民币投入到我国的高速铁路和高速公路建设中.换句话说,在今后的20多年时间里,我国交通基础设施建设就将获得至少4万亿元的投资,这犹如给处于低潮的工程建设市场注入了一支强心剂.
The construction equipment market in 2004 witnessed a severe downturn after a continuous and rapid growth over the past three years, which was caused by the national macro economic control and resulted in overall fall across the industry. When the depression prevails the industry, good news from the Ministry of Railway and Ministry of Communications saying that by 2030, at least RMB2 trillion will be invested on the high-speed railways and on the expressways respectively. In other words, in the next over 20 years, the transport infrastructure will obtain at leas 4-trillion investment, which is indeed a strong incent to the construction market.
