摘要
以水电工程为探讨领域，结合开发专家系统的思想及知识表达与采集，介绍了水电工程专家系统知识的表达和采集方法、选题应考虑的问题、不确定性信息的处理和信访专家的表格设计等。
A method of expression and acquirement of knowledge in the hydroelectric proj-ect expert system is introduced in this paper,and a discussion on the problems of selectionof the subject,process of the uncertain information and design of the correspondence vis-iting form is presented.
