摘要
基于邻苯二甲酸氢钾介质中铜( )催化溴酸钾氧化萘酚绿B的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量铜( )的新方法.实验结果表明:测定的线性范围为0~3mg·L-1,线性回归系数0.9995,表观摩尔吸光系数1.36×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限2.78×10-4mg·L-1.回收率在89.75%~108.5%之间.用于测定运河水中的痕量铜,得到满意的结果.
A catalytic obsorbption spectrum method is proposed for determining copper(Ⅱ). The method is based on the catalytic effect of copper(Ⅱ) ion on the oxidation reaction of naphthol green B in a potassium hydrogen phthalates medium. Linear calibration curves are obtained for copper(Ⅱ) from 0 to 3 mg·L~\{-1\}. The molor absorption coefficient is 1.36×10~4 L·mol~\{-1\}·cm~\{-1\} and relation coefficient is 0.999 4.The detection limit is 2.78×10~\{-4\} mg.L~\{-1\}, the method has been used in determining copper(Ⅱ) in canal water with satisfactory results. The recovery of this method is between 89.75%~108.5%.
