摘要
针对现有橡胶支座测试系统中上下承载板由于试验过程中受正压力作用而发生的变形,影响支座弹性模量E的检测结果,本文利用有限元软件ANSYS分别对YE5000-A液压式压力试验机和YAW-5000型电液伺服橡胶支座压剪试验机建立相应的简化模型.在此基础上分别研究两种试验机的刚度,分析计算其上下承载板的变形及其对橡胶支座弹性模量E检测结果的影响,并指出一般通用的压力试验机不能满足交通部行业标准中对测试橡胶支座弹性模量E的检测装置的要求.
Currently, the stiffness of testing system does not reach the requirement. The values of testing do not necessarily represent the performance of the bearing. The focus of this article is the analysis of stiffness performed on two types of testing system of Elastomeric pad bridge bearings: YE5000-A and YAW-5000. Based on ANSYS models, we analyzed the strain of the bear plates and the effect on results. The result of analysis was concluded that the pressure hydraulic pressure tester like as YE5000-A is not satisfied the need of measuring the elastic modulus of Elastomeric pad bearings.
