痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎34例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Biqi Capsule on Superficial Thrombophlebitis in 34 cases

[目的]研究痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果。[方法]选取病例共计34例,中医辨证分为湿热、血瘀、气虚血瘀3型,均服用痹祺胶囊。[结果]湿热型中痊愈例数较多,占63.6%;血瘀型、气虚血瘀型则起效较慢,痊愈例数较少。[结论]痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎疗效较高,用药安全,值得进一步观察使用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis. Methods Thirty-four cases diagnosed as dampness heat blood stasis Qi deficiency and blood stasis respectively from TCM differentiation were selected and divided into three groups. All groups were administrated Biqi Capsule. Results More patients in the dampness heat type group were cured and occupied 63.6%;The effect appeared slowly in blood stasis type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type group and less cases were cured. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis is better. It is safe and is worth to be further observed and used.
