卫气营血证遣针选穴规律探索

Exploration on Role of Acupoint Selection in Syndromes of Wei,Qi,Ying and Xue System

《内经》为针刺治疗温病奠定了基础,明清时期,温病学建立了以卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证为指导,中药治疗为主要手段的新体系,而针法治疗温病无重大发展,完整的学说理论有待形成。依据《内经》及古代医家对针刺治疗温病的论述,结合现代临床应用,初步概括温病卫气营血各阶段的针法施治规律。

Canon of Medicine has established a foundation for the treatment of epidemic febrile diseases by acupuncture. In the Ming and Qing dynastics, a new system of therapy taking traditional Chinese medicine as the main measures and guiding by defensive Qi and nutrient blood and syndrome differentiation of triple energizer has established. Meanwhile no important development in treating the epidemic febrile diseases by acupuncture had been achieved and a intact theoretic system is awaiting for coming into being. Based on the description and discussion from Canon of Medicine and ancient doctors in treating febrile diseases by acupuncture and combined with the modern clinical application,the acupuncture treatment rule for different phases of defensive Qi and nutrient blood in epidemic febrile diseases has been developed primarily.
