摘要
在窖泥中添加一定量的非离子表面活性剂‘TW80’,然后对窖泥浸提液进行气相色谱分析,窖泥中己酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯含量等均有所增加,比不加‘TW80’的窖泥分别增加了6.6倍和1.8倍。结果表明,添加一定量的‘TW80’是提高浓香型白酒质量的措施之一。
Non-ionic surfactant TW80 was added in pit mud. Then gas chromatographic analysis of pit mud leaching solution indicated that the contents of ethyl caproate and ethyl lactate had increased 6.6 times and 1.8 times increment respectively in contrast with original values. Accordingly, addition of certain quantity of TW80 was an effective measure to improve the quality of Luzhou-flavor liquor. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
