摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)管道具有优异的耐冲击、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、自润滑、无毒和耐低温等性能,其寿命是普通钢管的7~8倍。文章综述了目前UHMWPE管道的几种成型技术:柱塞式挤出成型、单螺杆挤出成型、双螺杆及多螺杆挤出成型、气体辅助挤出成型、金属网骨架增强UHMWPE管材、UHMWPE衬里钢管,分析了UHMWPE管道在工程应用中的经济性,展望了UHMWPE管道在国内油气集输系统中的应用前景。 Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipe (UHMWPE)has excellent properties of impact-resistance anti-corrosion abrasion-resistance self-lubricating non-toxicity and low temperature resistance. Its life is 7~8 times as long as that of ordinary steel pipe. This paper summarizes the present pipe molding technology such as plunger extrusion molding single screw extrusion molding multi- screw extrusion molding gas assistance extrusion molding as well as metal wire netting reinforcement UHMWPE pipe and UHMWPE lining steel pipe. It analyzes the economical application of UHMWPE pipe in engineering and reviews the domestic application foreground of UHMWPE pipe in oil and gas storage and transportation system.
