摘要
当前我国油气管道已经进入事故多发期,开展管道内检测技术研究具有积极的现实意义。主要论述了基于无损检测理论发展起来的超声检测、漏磁检测、射线检测、涡流检测及热像显示五类常用管道内检测技术及其研究进展,指出随着管道服役期的增加,应开展安全评价技术研究,并兼顾油气管道运营中的安全性、可靠性、经济性和适用性要求,科学预测管道的剩余使用寿命,合理制定和客观评价管道的使用维修决策,提高管道的完整性管理水平。
The oil and gas pipelines in our country have entered frequent accident period so it is important to conduct the research of pipeline internal detection. This paper discusses five types of pipeline internal detection techniques and their recent progress,which are ultra-sonic magnetic leakage flux radiography eddy-current and thermal imaging developed based on non-destructive detection theory. With the increment of pipeline in-service period the safety assessment should be performed to scientifically predict the pipeline remaining service life and to rationally work out the operation and maintenance plan according to security reliability economy and applicability. So as to improve the pipeline integrity management level.
