摘要 当前我国油气管道已经进入事故多发期,开展管道内检测技术研究具有积极的现实意义。主要论述了基于无损检测理论发展起来的超声检测、漏磁检测、射线检测、涡流检测及热像显示五类常用管道内检测技术及其研究进展,指出随着管道服役期的增加,应开展安全评价技术研究,并兼顾油气管道运营中的安全性、可靠性、经济性和适用性要求,科学预测管道的剩余使用寿命,合理制定和客观评价管道的使用维修决策,提高管道的完整性管理水平。 The oil and gas pipelines in our country have entered frequent accident period so it is important to conduct the research of pipeline internal detection. This paper discusses five types of pipeline internal detection techniques and their recent progress,which are ultra-sonic magnetic leakage flux radiography eddy-current and thermal imaging developed based on non-destructive detection theory. With the increment of pipeline in-service period the safety assessment should be performed to scientifically predict the pipeline remaining service life and to rationally work out the operation and maintenance plan according to security reliability economy and applicability. So as to improve the pipeline integrity management level.
