Application of Value Engineering in Process Flow Optimization for Single Well Platform

价值工程是一门研究产品价值、成本与功能相互关系的学科。文章利用价值工程的方法,对单井平台的工艺流程进行了优化。通过计算平台不同功能的价值系数和功能的重要性系数,对平台的组成部分(海底油气混输系统、平台结构、自控系统、供配电系统)进行了改进,降低了初期投资,取得了良好的经济效益。

Value engineering is a kind of knowledge which studies the economic value cost and function of product as well as their relationship. The process flow of a single well platform is optimized by using value engineering method. Through calculations of different functional value coefficients and functional importance coefficients for single well platform the improvements are made for platform components including platform structure subsea transportation system power supply and distribution system automatic control system. The investment in initial stage is reduced and favorable economic benefits are obtained.
