ATM参与细胞周期调控分子机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 细胞周期关卡激酶ATM(Ataxia Telangiectasia mutated)属于PI-3K家族,调控DNA损伤 修复和凋亡通路。ATM能识别:DNA损伤并被激活,通过磷酸化其下游相应蛋白,调节细胞周期各关卡, 使损伤DNA得以修复。如修复失败,则启动凋亡通路,以避免受损DNA随细胞分裂进入子代细胞。
