Alu序列与人类疾病研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Alu序列通过RNA依赖性机制即反转录转座在灵长类动物基因组中扩增,其在人类基因 组中的拷贝数已经超过100万个。这些序列在人类基因组中被认为有很多功能,并对基因结构有很大 的影响。Alu序列大概以每200个新生儿就一个插入的速度继续扩增。已有研究表明Alu序列的插入和 Alu重复序列之间的不等同源重组导致了多种人类疾病。Alu序列不仅对基因组的进化做了很大贡献, 而且对大部分人类遗传病也起了很大的作用。随着新的Alu亚类产生,新的亚类引起的疾病又见报道, 本文将对这一方面内容的发展动态进行综述。
