摘要
为了研究过程变量对连续磨矿作业的影响,采用多因素试验、计算机多元回归分析和多维作图技术,确定了诸过程变量对磨矿细度和能耗的影响方式和相对重要程度,其中充填量对能耗和细度的影响最大。图示说明了任意两个自变量组合对任一变量的影响,并确定了最佳磨矿条件。来自试验数据的回归模型具有足够高的精确度。
To study influence of process variable to continuous grinding, the paper determines the way of influence of each process variable to grinding fineness and energy consumption and relative significance by multi-factor test, multi-element regression analysis and multi-dimension plotting technique of computer, among which filling capacity has the greatest influence to energy consumption and fineness. Influence of combination of optional two variables to any variable is illustrated by chart, and optimal grinding condition determined also. Regression model from test data has enough high precision.
