摘要
分析了容量法测定铀矿石中铀含量测量不确定度的影响因素。对样品质量、滴定样品溶液消耗的钒酸铵溶液的体积、钒酸铵对铀的滴定度等不确定度分量进行了分析和计算。铀矿石中铀含量为 0 .4 2 7%时 ,测量结果的扩展不确定度为 0 .0 2 0 %。
The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement result for uranium in uranium ore by volumetric analysis method were discussed. The components of the uncertainty were analyzed and calculated, including sample mass, volume of ammonium molybdate solution titrated sample solution, titration degree of ammonium molybdate for uranium. The expanded uncertainty of measurement result of uranium is 0.020%, when the content of uranium in the uranium ore is 0.427%.
