摘要
采用聚乙二醇 (PEG 80 0 )与吐温 80 (Tween 80 )组合表面活性剂、(NH4) 2 SO4、H2 O形成双水相体系 ,研究芦丁在该双水相体系中的分配行为。用紫外分光光度法测定银杏叶中芦丁的含量。该体系对芦丁的平均萃取率为 95 .0 % ,测定芦丁浓度的线性范围为 0~ 5 0 μg/mL ,相关系数r =0 .9995。用该法对银杏叶中的芦丁进行测定 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 3.1% ,回收率为 96 .5 %~ 10 5 .2 %。
Polyethlene glycol(PEG 800)-Tween 80, (NH 4) 2SO 4 and H 2O were used to form aqueous two-phase system. The extraction behaviour of rutin was researched. Rutin in gingko leaf was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The extraction rate of rutin is 95.0% and the linear range is 0~50 μg/mL(r=0.999 5). The method was applied to the determination of rutin in gingko leaf with the relative standard deviation of 3.1% and the recovery of 96.5%~105.2%.
