摘要
基于乙酸铜与单宁生成沉淀 ,铜离子在NH3 -NH4Cl介质中能产生灵敏的极谱波 ,利用线性扫描极谱法测定剩余铜离子 ,建立了间接测定中药中单宁的新方法。测定单宁的线性范围为 2 .0～ 12 .0 μg/mL ,检出限为 1.1μg/mL。该方法应用于中药五倍子、诃子中单宁的测定 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于 5 % (n =4 ) ,回收率为 97.1%～10 1.5 %。
A new linear scanning polarography was established for the indirect determination of tannin in traditional Chinese medicine by determining excess Cu 2+ based on the precipitation of tannin with copper acetate and a sensitive polargraphic wave of Cu 2+ in NH 3-NH 4Cl medium. The linear range of tannin is 2.0～12.0 μg/mL and the detection limit is 1.1 μg/mL. The method has been successfully applied to determine the content of tannin in traditional Chinese medicine gall and myrobalan, the relative standard deviation is less than 5%(n=4), the recoveries are 97.1%～101.5%.
