摘要 本文详细探讨了影响HACCP有效实施的关键因素。这些因素包括:明确HACCP在企业质量保证系统中的位置以及各管理部门在HACCP实施过程中应该承担的职责、建立HACCP实施工程计划、制定HACCP方针和目标、任命HACCP核心协调组和HACCP小组、制定具体产品的HACCP计划、制定HACCP监控程序、员工培训等。
