摘要
目的 :回顾性探讨选择性右冠状动脉造影术中旋转推送法的安全性和可靠性。方法 :对 2 0 0 2 .9～ 2 0 0 3.10月在我院行选择性冠状动脉造影术的患者 ,常规行选择性右冠状动脉造影术 ,未顺利成功完成右冠状动脉造影术者 ,均采用旋转推送法成功完成造影。结果 :常规行选择性右冠状动脉造影术 ,成功完成右冠状动脉造影术 15 3例 ;一例右冠状动脉缺如 ,其余 4 6例均采用旋转推送法成功完成造影。结论 :旋转推送法是安全和可靠的 。
Objective: To explore the safety and reliability of the contorted-pushing way in selective right coronary arteriography. Methods: We used the selective right coronary arteriography way for the patients who needed selective coronary arteriography from 9/2002 to 10/2003. For these patients who failed in right coronary arteriography, we used contorted-pushing way to accomplish the arteriography. Results: During the coronary artery radiography,There were 153 cases made success using routine method。One case wes lake of right coronary artery。Other 46 cases all could make success with the revole-pushing after the failure of normal method. Conclusions: The revolve-pushing is safety and reliability,more contribute to the PIC.
